Faster decisions. Fewer surprises.
Speed to market
Accelerate approval without rework
Guardrail brings structured review logic into the tools that content creators use, like Google Docs, Figma, your CRM and DAM. Claims are evaluated against the same standards reviewers use at the time that they’re created, so issues surface early and expectations remain consistent. This helps teams enter formal review with fewer surprises, stronger submissions, and more consistent claims usage.
Cost efficiency
Reduce manual review effort
Guardrail maintains a centralized library of approved claims with their supporting evidence and business rules. It automatically identifies when new claims match or closely resemble previously approved or rejected content, resulting in consistent decisions, less rework, and more predictable outcomes as volume grows.
Quality & risk control
Maintain compliance at scale
Guardrail uses a rules-based decision system with over a decade of experience in highly regulated industries. Because the reasoning is visible and auditable, teams get consistent decisions with clear rationale. The result is less subjectivity, stronger messaging, and scalable decision-making.

How Decision Intelligence makes Klick Guardrail different
Transparency you can trust.
Klick Guardrail through MLR review
Build an intelligent library of approved claims.
Guardrail extracts claims from previously approved materials and saves them to a library, along with the evidence, footnotes, references, and approval conditions that make each claim reusable. With the production of new assets, it matches claims against previous approvals and flags what’s the same, what’s changed, and what’s new—so teams can reuse vetted language confidently and avoid additional review cycles.

Overview
A leading biotech company was preparing for multiple launches while facing increased promotional-review volume and complexity.

The challenge
The MLR team needed a fast way to review a mountain of marketing material across multiple launches while preserving regulatory rigor. Like many organizations, they were managing:
- More assets, more channels, and more iterations without the ability to scale headcount
- Late-stage revisions creating rework, delays, and inconsistency across individual reviewers and brands
- Difficulty turning "what good looks like" into a repeatable, auditable standard across brands and teams
Our approach
We worked with the client to operationalize Guardrail in three steps:
- Embedded review standards into asset creation. By working with the marketing team's existing tools, Guardrail evaluated draft claims against approved language—and necessary context—while work was in development. This resulted in fewer end-of-cycle revisions and more consistent material from the start.
- Defined a unified standard of review. By supplying Guardrail with the organization's policies and evidence expectations, the MLR team defined "acceptable" once across brands and reviewers. This reduced subjectivity and eliminated redundant reviews.
- Reinforced consistency across review cycles. Guardrail captured approved claims with the supporting evidence and decision context, so teams could reuse what was already vetted instead of re-reviewing the same language as volume grew.
Both teams benefited from early visibility into potential risks, structured guidance on potential resolutions, and greater confidence in the strength of their submissions.
